Track calories, macros, body fat, running pace, water intake, and heart rate with calculators that run fully in your browser.
How is my daily calorie need calculated?
The calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for basal metabolic rate, then multiplies by an activity factor to estimate total daily energy expenditure, and finally applies your weight goal to reach a daily calorie target.
Can I customize the macro split?
Yes. Choose a preset split or adjust the carb, protein and fat sliders directly; the other two adjust so the split always totals 100 percent.
Does this tool store my data?
No. All calculations run entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is uploaded or stored.
How accurate is an estimated one-rep max?
Epley and Brzycki formulas are well-validated for sets of up to about ten reps and give a useful training estimate. They are not a substitute for a real tested 1RM.
